Generally, you will receive your purchase in 10-14 days after order is placed. For quantity order, please contact us at info@youkuart.com to confirm the accurate time frame.
1. After payment is complete, our staff will contact you at info@youkuart.com to confirm the accuracy of your delivery address and phone number. Please ensure your contact information is accessible.
2. Once the first draft is completed (approximately 1-2 weeks), we will send you photos of the artwork for your review. You can then make any revisions or requests.
3. After the artwork is finalized, we will provide you with photos of the packaging and sealing process.
4. We will provide you with a shipping tracking number for easy order tracking.
5. Upon receipt, please take a photo of the artwork to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping.
6. Delivery is complete.
