We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING to the USA on all items. The price you see is the price you pay.
Delivery Timeframe
Because every painting is 100% hand-painted, please allow time for our artists to create your masterpiece.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 12 - 21 Business Days
- Production Time (7-14 Business Days): This is the time required for professional artists to hand-paint your order after payment is processed.
- Transit Time (5-7 Business Days): Once shipped, items typically arrive via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
The "Preview & Approval" Service:
During the creation process, we will share photos and videos of your artwork. You can request adjustments to colors or details. We will only ship the artwork when you are completely satisfied.
*Note: If we do not receive a reply within 48 hours of sending the preview email, we will consider it approved and proceed with shipping to avoid delays.
Order Processing:
Orders placed before 1:00 AM EST will be processed the same business day.
Packaging Standards
We ensure artworks are shipped according to strict safety guidelines based on the format you choose:
- Rolled Canvas (Ships in a Tube): The canvas is rolled and placed in a dent-resistant tube. This is the safest method for oversized works and allows for easy stretching or framing by your local framer.
- Small Framed/Stretched Art (Ships in a Box): Shipped flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box with ample cushioning support.
- Large Framed/Stretched Art (Ships in a Crate): Shipped in a custom-built, heavy-duty wooden crate designed for international art transport, tightly sealed and secured.
Customs, Duties & Insurance
- No Hidden Fees: All international import duties and taxes are included in our product prices. You will not be charged extra upon delivery.
- Fully Insured: Youkuart organizes and insures the transport of every artwork. If damage occurs during transit, you are fully covered.
