Growing up in Chengdu, a city famous for its leisurely pace, rich cuisine, and blooming gardens, Julian’s artistic vision was nurtured from the start by bright, saturated colors. Whether it was the Hibiscus flowers lining the city streets or the wildflowers dotting the plains, Chengdu’s rich flora sparked an almost obsessive interest in the form, light, and hues of flowers.

She discovered that flowers were the perfect vessel for expressing joy, hope, and the beauty of fleeting moments. Consequently, her style crystallized into a unique "Bright Color Palette" approach, utilizing high saturation and vibrant brushwork to capture the flowers in their most dazzling and moving moment under the sun.
